Redwood or Composite?

The most popular type of wood decking is made from Redwood for its longevity and durability. Composite decking is a great alternate because of the low maintenance factors and the warranties.

Construction Heart Redwood  $
Construction Heart or Con/Hrt as it is commonly known, has the same characteristics of Con/Com but does not have the Sapwood (white wood). Although higher in price than Con/Com, Con/Hrt is an excellent value and gives a uniform, signature, red color to a deck. 

Select Heart B  $$
Select Heart B contains the same characteristics as B grade without allowing Sapwood (white wood). Select Heart B is a very high grade of lumber. Although the grade is produced in limited quantities, demand remains high.

Clear All Heart  $$$
Commonly seen as CAH, this is the pinnacle of the Redwood grades. With no defects and only the rich, deep, red tones associated with Redwood, this is truly one of the most beautiful products in the line of Redwood.

Exceptional outdoor decking for every taste and budget. A high performance, eco- friendly wood alternate, Fiberon offers the warmth and appeal of natural hardwood without the time and expense of maintenance. This decking is fastened from the top or comes grooved for hidden fasteners.

  • Fiberon Sanctuary   $$
    Features bold, multi-tonal colors and rustic embossing with an innovative PermaTech cap layer for superior stain and fade resistance. Backed by a 40-year performance warranty and a 40-year stain and fade warranty. Actual size is .935" x 5.25"


  • Fiberon Promenade   $$$
    Offers the aesthetic of high-end handcrafted decking, with the benefits of premium PVC. Grooved and square edge decking feature four-sided capping. Lifetime performance and 50-year stain and fade warranty. Actual size is 1" x 5.5"


  • Fiberon Paramont PVC Decking  $$$
    Is able to withstand moisture, dents, and even flames. Plus it is slip resistant, easy to maintain and approved for use in Wildland Urban Interface (WUI). And so tough they have added a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Actual size is 1"x5.5"

Mahogany Decking $$$

Genuine Fijan Mahogany is durable and kiln dried averaging less than 11% moisture content. Most importantly Genuine Mahogany is rated a Class 2 in durability and has a 20+ year lifespan with the ability to withstand rot and decay. This decking is MCA treated and has passed the California Urban Interface (W.U.I.) standards.
